Blue Water Adventures is owned and operated by Captain Dave Mucci. Dave is a USCG Licensed and Insured 100-ton Master and Navy certified SCUBA diver with over 30 years of experience. His first glimpse of the beautiful Gulf waters was back in the mid-70's when he was assigned to Eglin Air Force Base as an Air Force Pararescueman.
