Excellent introduction to wreck diving
We dove the Jay Scutti but ended up on the tracey. The tracey was very impressive when coming up from a sand bottom and suddenly seeing such a large structure. The visability was 20 - 30 ft and it was open enough to get the feel of penetration without the risk. There is also a large lower bay which we plan on going back to explore but did not bring lights or guide line. Good amount of fish with a large 3 -4 ft cuda but nothing worth spearing. Cant wait to go back and explore the ship more in depth along with the adjoining wrecks. April 13 2007

Decent
I dove the wreck of the Tracy last week. The water was about 75 degrees and visibity was about 20-30 feet. The wreck is not that large, and it does not take long to explore the whole thing. There is a good amount of marine life on the wreck. There were bristle worms all over the wreck, plus I saw a very large scorpion fish, so try to avoid bumping into things, if you want to avoid being envenomated by something.

easy penetration
56 to the deck - 70 to the sand. Easy penetration into the wreck from several diffrent places. The current is sometimes strong on this wreck.
