Awesome Dive!!!
This was the first wreck dive I made after moving to Florida in 2002. I moved down because my friend and instructor Herman Maddox of the SeaFox had moved here. Being from Virginia I was used to wreck diving as that was the reason I learned to scuba dive. Herman took me out on this dive to get my feet wet in Florida. When I asked him what I would see he told me I would seed some Jew fish and Barracuda and maybe a nurse shark with a few other sealife. The boat was packed that day with an Advanced Open water class so myself and another experienced diver went over the side and made out way down the anchor line to get out of the way for the students. Now being from the east coast I really had never been around alot of Large fish. I made a lap around the bottom of the boat at about 55-60ft and then made my way down the port gunnel and I looked up and seen the biggest fish I had ever seen (I learned later that he was called the Captain) and rightfully so, he lived in the wheel house of the wreck. He was starring me in the face flapping his gills. I almost lost it LOL after getting over the shock of such a large fish (and when I say large he looked like a VW bug) but I know that isnt true. I made my way over the entire boat in about a nice 45 mins dive and made my way back to the anchor line to ascend and then I seen it. I was looking at the largest Barracuda I had even seen in my life. He was nice and fat so he had been eating good. I decided to let him have his space and used the anchor line as a guide to ascend safely. Although the Seafox isnt around anymore I want to say I miss those days. Herman and Diane were the best people I have ever been around.

Always a great spot.
Dove it a couple weeks ago, first dive (morning) visibility was great, second (early afternoon) got a little murky, but still good. We saw many fish, few goliaths, large nurse shark under the bow, and a couple big bull sharks that started getting a little too friendly. Always tons of barracuda near the surface, and now a VERY large buoy that nicely marks the spot to anchor.

Flourishing Angels
Many more Blue Angels and Butterfly Fish are making this spot their home. I went out this week after a friend had spotted a bull shark a week prior, he wasn't there this time though. Lots of the same stuff as my last review. Again, a must do.

Very nice dive
I love the Sheridan! Have dove on it several times and enjoyed every time. Many large jewfish always make it an interesting dive since when you come around the corner, you might be face to face with one.
Wreck is in great shape, largly intact, and not covered with fishing lines and entanglement hazards.
