Great for all levels, Gradual depth change and marine life.
I go here weekly, my wife and I make the trip and enjoy. We bring our 7 and 5yr old they love to snorkel this spot. Great for even a half day trip.

Beauttiful Reef, Awsome Wall on the East side
We tied our boat to the east buoy. And headed east to Carysfort Wall, when the reef drops to a sandy bottom of about 70 feet. We had a great time, great visibility not much current. The wall is very impressive. I will surely dive it again!

Great snorkelling, typical Keys reef diving
Shallows around light tower are great for snorkelling. Further out, the reef slopes deeper and provides good but not spectacular, typical Keys reef diving. 28/May we saw numerous large lobsters walking out on the reef mid-day (Carysfort is a protected site so maybe they have learned to feel safe?) and many many fish... but no eel, turtle, shark... In the past I have seen both small turtles and nurse shark.
