Author: SilverTip Posted: 12-May-08 IP: Logged	I found a great place to spear in Playa del Soldado in Vieques but anywhere in the island is great and no state laws. lol In Culebra you can go to Flamenco Beach and spear from 10' to 60' freediving with a crystal clear view... lots of blue runners just close your and shoot..     Reply | Report to Moderator
