 Can this site be found w/o gps

Me & my wife & my buddy & wife are coming down to PCB at the end of july. We have got an aluminum boat but no gps. we wanted to do some snorkeling and free dive the tar barge and lifeboats Is it possible to find either one of these dive spots without gps. thanks for any comments
