Several years ago the Kennedy, an inverted barge, was a great night dive with a carpet of sleeping stingrays. They offered some unusual photo ops. The Witshoal was a fun dive off the West end of St. Thomas, diveable only at slacktide because it was in a tidal channel between the Atlantic and Caribbean.
Last week in Cozumel I found myself talking about the Rhone, over in the BVI. It's a full-day charter out of St. Thomas but has an interesting history and is a fine dive or 10. ;~)
There are many sites around St. Thomas and St. John. These just came to mind when I read your message.
Happy Bubbles!

Just got back from St Thomas. Made a 2 tank afternoon dive off of Frenchman's Reef. Not much there. If I were to do it over again, I would take the full day out of Redhook and go with Chris Sawyer Dive Shop.

Leaving for St.Thomas in a couple of weeks, finally! Any last minute advice on must see dives would be greatly appreciated. Also, any tips on hiking in St.John would be nice. Happy diving!
