 Someone Cut the Mooring Buoy

Was just at this site 2 days ago, went again last night to check it out at night. Someone has cut the reef ball. The only one cut was the only one that had the reef under it. Most likely an act done by a charter boat. Don't let this reef get ruined. Heavy anchors dropped by boats are going to crush this reef. Come on guys have some decency will ya.
Due to this happing I will not put up how to find it out there, but the gps coordinates that I give are spot on. During the day go to the gps location I gave and you can usually see dark shadows in the water where it is. (except for when there is bad visibility) but if there is at least 25' of vis your good. drop anchor 50' up current and let out 100' rope. you should now be on top of it.
