I own a 26 ft off shore boat Diesel inboard with full dive platform. I am getting my certification in late June 08 and will be looking to start gaining experiance and proficiency as a diver in the area. Author: bonaroo Posted: 07-Jul-08 IP: Logged	i have recently retired and want more local diving. i have a sailboat, but not right for diving. i am a USCG-licensed captain and have dove a number of local sites. i have also dived in the caribbean and central america. (i do an annual sail trip to the bahamas for a few months and take along vrew who like to dive and snorkel. crew stay with the trip for a week to 4 weeks and we rotate crew in and out.) i am very safety conscious, have considerable experience and over 170 dives, including night and wreck diving. i have done shark dives in Roatan and am very familiar with sea life.
