Im a begginer snorkler and my boy scout troop is going out on a sailboat through the keys and this is one of the dive spots we are stopping at. I was wondering if anyone knew how far down you have to swim to reach the statue.

The statue is in about 15 to 25 feet of water, easily seen snorkling.
